If you have a coupon or discount code, it goes into the shopping cart early in the process - on the Shopping Cart page. Here's an image of the page with the Discount Code section outlined in red. Once you enter your coupon code, press the button Apply Coupon. It will adjust your subtotal accordingly. If it's a percentage discount, each time you add an item, the discount amount will be automatically adjusted.

Our website is fully operational after a bit more than a day of being 'quirky.' We're really not sure how long it wasn't working properly, but it's good to go now. To thank you for your patience, we're offering a 15% discount for customers who visited the site but couldn't place their order. Use the code Patience in the discount box in your Shopping Cart (before you go to checkout.) The coupon is for orders of $20 or more and expires June 30, 2011.
